Enjoy the gentle lapping sounds of the water on the beach while you dine on fresh organic produce lovingly prepared by our resident chefs Jean Yyves and Belinda. Running off a daily Blackboard Menu that includes fresh hand caught lobsters (seasonal) and line caught fish plucked from the surrounding waters, it doesn’t get any fresher. Locally reared Santo beef is a must have or a Two Canoes' fish ceviche prepared with a unique coconut twist and flawlessly perfected accompaniments.
Our flame grill on the beach offers another dining option. Enjoy a delicious Santo beef or chicken burger or grilled fresh fish with crisp organic salad. No need to leave your sun lounge!
The self-service bar area has a wide variety of wines available, plenty of cold beer and cold coconut water from our land. Johnny can even mix you locally inspired cocktail that is guaranteed to whet the appetite.
If you are a coffee lover, we have sourced locally grown and roasted coffee right here on Aore Island, a smooth, full flavoured coffee that suits this idyllic setting to a tee. Ask for one of our Espresso Martini shakers!
