Fantastic choice: My partner and I really needed a relaxing holiday and Two Canoes was the perfect choice. Fantastic food every day (especially the Lobster). Brilliant service from Belinda and the guys who kept our room tidy and clean. Our fantastic host Vira who organised everything we needed. We will return. Bill - stayed August 2017
Can't wait to come back!!! We are a same sex female couple who absolutely loved this place and had a fantastic stay at Two Canoes. Staff were warm, friendly and the food was GREAT. Firstly, let us say the service was second to none and impressive. From the time we made our booking and checked with management that the resort would definitely be able to cater for all of our dietary needs (gluten free / lactose intolerant and 4 weeks pregnant),a special request for a mozzie net, ensuring our transfers to the resort would be ok with last minute flight delays and extending our check out to 3pm. Two Canoes is managed by a Santo local "Vira" to whom we have nothing but positives to say. Vira is Polite, attentive, warm, understanding, respectful and diligent - Vira is a jack of all trades !! We found the other 3 staff "Jonny" the apprentice, "Belinda and Sol" the chefs, all super friendly and very attentive with all our requests and requirements at all times. We congratulate Mark, the resort owner for creating Two Canoes - the perfect tropical island hideaway. Danielle & Bec - stayed July 2017
Amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Two Canoes - we loved the gorgeous beach, the phenomenal food and cocktails, the relaxing vibe and the fantastic villas (and everything else)! Santo and Aore Island are absolutely spectacular and we can't wait to go back! Vira, Mark and the staff are all incredible - Vira organised some fantastic trips for us (including diving the Coolidge - spectacular!) and generally made sure we had an amazing time at this very special place. We took some school supplies for the local primary school (just up the road) and we very much enjoyed seeing the school and chatting with the very dedicated principal - it is very impressive how much she and the staff have done with limited resources! All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and can't wait to go back! Highly highly recommend! Annie - stayed June 2017
Two Canoed! My girlfriend and I have just left Two Canoes after 12 nights there and we are very sad to have to go home! We have had such a great stay in this boutique island resort!! The beach huts are great- comfy beds and pillows and very spacious. The garden is lovely and both paths and beach raked daily. The resort is beachfront so you can jump in whenever for a swim in crystal clear water or use the kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels to explore the awesome reef with fish, coral and turtles literally just off the beach! Mark and Vira were such great hosts- great for a chat and laugh and happy to organise any tours for us or whisk up an island Vira Special cocktail for us whilst listening to great tunes in their cool beach bar. And the food was Amazing! Fresh local lobster, prawns, crabs, fish and steak that you would pay a fortune for back in Aus were extremely reasonable and just soo good! We can't wait to come back for more island relaxing and eating at this awesome resort. Thank you Mark for such a great holiday! Anthony - stayed June 2017
Perfect slice of Paradise We spent 4 nights at Two Canoes at the end of a fortnight in Vanuatu and it was by far the best place we stayed. The accommodation is modern and nestled under the palm trees, a stone's throw from a white sandy beach. The ocean is picture-perfect blue with dugongs, turtles and colourful coral just off the shore - the free kayaks and SUP were great for exploring. Food was amazing - Belinda cooks up a storm in the little kitchen and every meal was delicious. It felt like we were staying with friends - Mark is the perfect host and showed us around the island, shared stories over beers and generally made is feel totally welcome. Thank you to Mark, Belinda, Dugong George and the team! Erin - stayed May 2017
